Ameen Mansouri, President of AM Development Inc., has been in the Barboursville, WV, real estate and building industry overseas for over 25 years. After graduating from Indiana University-Perdue University Indianapolis he became a part-time resident of Barboursville, West Virginia and has lived here for seven years. Ameen and his family have grown to love the town of Barboursville. Mr. Mansouri has a vision to invest himself in this area using his experience as a developer to create quality communities with a personal touch. The Sentiment is the first such project. Mr. Mansouri is proud to bring this gated neighborhood of luxury residences and amenities to his adopted home town.
AM Development, Inc. has partnered with Jason Gue, President of Gutenhaus Construction Company, to head up the project of townhomes near Huntington, WV. Jason grew up in Chesapeake, Ohio, graduated from Marshall University, and has lived in Barboursville for 15 years. He began working in the building industry as a college student and started his company in 2002. Gutenhaus Construction Company has earned a solid reputation thanks to Jason’s focus on quality craftsmanship and happy customers.
At the start of The Sentiment project, Jason Gue consulted with landscape architect, Doug Pardue, who designed the preliminary site plan.
Dina Lowery Vacho, owner of Dina Lowery’s Design Studio, Ltd., was brought in as a designer. Dina is credited with naming The Sentiment, researching the architecture of the Barboursville area, refining the site plan, and designing the exteriors and floor plans of the buildings.
Mr. Gue contacted Michael L. Tubbs, owner of Creative Accents, who was hired as Design Consultant and Director of Operations and Sales on The Sentiment project. Based in the Huntington area, Mr. Tubbs has worked in the design field with clients both here and around the country for the past 21 years. His experience and drive toward excellence are evident in his work and make a valuable part of the project.
